Fans, pundits and reporters. None of them agree, and all of it is about you specifically.
The game remembers these, and they come back.
Each spoke is a group of attributes, averaged — the shape a scout sees before the numbers.
Hidden traits, revealed only once your career has shown them often enough.
A point costs more the higher the attribute already is. The mark on each bar is how high that attribute can go in your position.
The mode you picked at the start decides two things: how fast you improve, and how hard a chance is when it falls to you. You can change it here — a career is long, and being stuck with a choice you made in the wizard is not a rule worth keeping.
Five separate things. A crowd favourite is not the same as a manager's favourite, and home is not the same as Europe.
A hundred points, split however you like. You train what a squad actually does — sessions, not numbers — and each one leaves several attributes behind.
Styles are earned, not chosen — you have one when your numbers say you do, and each one changes the odds of specific choices in a match.
Your club's first-choice eleven, in the shape the manager plays — and where you stand in it.
Each unit's average rating — where the squad is strong and where it is thin.
Not everyone in your position: everyone who could take the place you are chasing, in the shape he plays.

Every match your club plays this season, every competition in one list, and what you did in each of them.
Team-mates who like you pass to you. The man whose place you took does not.
Not playing? A season down the pecking order elsewhere beats a season in the stands.
An agent decides how far a club will move off its opening offer. Which ones will take you on is itself a measure of where you are.
None of these is a bar that goes up. The cheap option takes something away and the dear one gives something back, and both sides are printed on every card.
Nobody pays you to wear their boots because you asked. They call when enough people know your name — so this is the whole list, what each one is worth, what it costs you, and how well known you have to be before the phone rings.
A home in the city you play in is where you live: no rent, and you sleep in your own bed. Keep it after you move and it is only a bill — until you sell it, and houses are worth more later than they were. Cars are not.
Nothing here is a bar that goes up. Each one changes something the game was already doing — how fast you improve, how long you are out, how steady you are, and how much you are told before you choose. The price is fixed when you hire, and it does not fall if your wage does.
